"Newly renovated apartment. Clean. 2nd floor but no elevator. The shower was FANTASTIC! Kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make simple meals. Location was excellent. Restaurants, bars were withing walking distance as well as the grocery stores, trains, trams and lots of boutiques for shopping."

"The drains in the main bathroom smelled but we could not open the bedroom window to disperse the smell as it was taped shut."

"The apartment was very nice although a little damp in places. The location was ideal with easy access to two metro lines. You are surrounded by a range of excellent restaurants particularly down towards Bastille. The apartment was well equipped for a short stay, and very clean and tidy. We had a great time for 5 days."

"The booking website was fairly straightforward although it didn't seem to like our credit card. The automated messages were confusing and it wasn't easy to contact anyone except by email. As a result we paid the city tax twice. We then had problems accessing the apartment seemingly because it wouldn't accept our credit card for the deposit, despite the fact it took the city tax on the same card."

"No lift and we are two ladies who had to carry 25kg suitcases up two floors. There were no cupboards to hang close in the bedrooms. The access codes were sent very last minute whilst we were already in transit and we struggled to find someone to assist. We could not telephone the agent to assist, as the communication clearly stated we could only send emails. When we arrived we left our luggage and went out, during that time it started raining and when we returned the second bedroom floor was wet, as someone, prior to us getting there, had obviously not closed the window properly."

"The location was great, very close to the Metro and a lovely area of Paris. The apartment was also beautifully furnished. We stayed for only 1 night for business and so didn't use the apartment for it's full offering but it had everything we needed for the quick stay. The hosts were also very quick to reply to any queries we had."

"We struggled a little with getting into the property with the keyless access. However the hosts were extremely quick to respond and once they made contact (within 5 minutes) we were into the apartment, no problems."
